Destructible screen

Main screen has poor design and low quality...completely destructible! I have had Samsung phones since the beginning of time and has never cracked a screen before. When I looked at the screen this morning, I see a big crack on the side which is spidering out of control. I don't recall hitting it or dropping it. Unbelievable! It's lack of metal frame on the sides and it's glass-wrapped frame are most likely the cause of this unfortunate fragility! Samsung should recall its S8 and S8 plus phones and fortify the screens for the price consumers paid for!
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

I purchased this product a little less than a year ago and it got severely damaged and I called up AT&T and they told me it would be easiest if I call Samsung and they told me a few details about how to get a replacement and I got my new phone within 3 days and the transfer of data was quick and easy I just quick tapped a few buttons and then it started and I didn't have to do anything and I just quick ate lunch and it was done this has been the best phone I've had and its helped others out as well being able to charge their phone and still have good battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is an excellent phone in the market. I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves this phone. The only downside is that the screen is extremely fragile and cracks easily. My wife cracked her screen twice in one year. The first time it feels from a couch and second time feels from her hand with the hardy phone cover but still cracked. Functionality wise, this is really a good phone. For Samsung, not sure why do you remove some of the features from old devices which are very useful and convenient for users like edge notification, advance feature airwave (motion gesture where we can flip pictures by just waving hand right or left), etc..I would love to see some of these features back on Samsung devises.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, expandable storage
Cons: back fingerprint scanner in s8 plus, could have worked better in back design, back is also important as front

The quality of this phone is awful, the phone vibrated and fell onto the floor. The LCD is cracked and it is chipped. I usually have nothing but positive things to say about Samsung products.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
