Possibly I selected the phone more for looks than ability. I felt it was a little complicated for me. Also for some reason the phone needed to be charged to soon for being a new cell phone. Also the phone seemed to get warm/hot when charging. I know have a Galaxy Note 10+ and have not used enough to say I like or do not like.
I realize I need to spend a little time reading the printed material that comes with the new cell phone. I definitely will do. Thank you for caring. Elisa
