An awesome phone with one caveat

This phone is quite impressive to me. It has a lot of great features that make it very easy to use. The fingerprint scanner is so much better than in previous models and the iris scanner can unlock the phone with ease. You can multiple apps open at the same time with no trouble at all. The infinity screen may be a very popular feature at the moment but it seems to have one major problem - glass strength or lack of any strength. I love the features on this phone but am highly disappointed with the quality of the glass and that problem is compounded with both the front and back being completely covered with glass. It may be a beautiful look straight out of the box but let this phone fall 10 inches and you have a whole new look to your phone, complete with 'spiderweb' cracks and that was with an expensive name brand case on. I am not saying that it is a bad phone but it definitely needs to be handled with care (and good insurance!)

My wife and I have been using Galaxy phones since the S3. Each phone has gotten better and better and the S8+ is absolutely phenomenal. It has a fast processor, best-in-class display, plenty of memory & storage and room for a Micro SD card up to 256GB on top of the base 64GB of storage inside the handset. Wireless charging is built-in and the phone is fast charging with the fast charger bundled in the box.
Want to take the Gear VR headset for a spin or just want the absolute best graphics possible? Turn on the quad-HD display mode for the very best image.
Samsung's "skin" that they put on the Android operating system used to be called Touch-Wiz, but now is labeled as the "Samsung Experience." It's much more user friendly and refined. Samsung has included a Game Center that you can use to launch games which adjusting settings for performance, block notifications and more. Smart battery management with energy saving modes and a performance enhancer that cleans out junk files, cache and shows you what programs are using up your battery are easy to use and efficient.
The phone itself is a beauty to behold. Samsung has you covered with a standard headphone jack (no courage required), USB-C and best-in-class camera. I literally cannot find fault with this phone.
It has a "kids mode" built-in to limit what your children can do and a dedicated button on the side to launch Bixby, Samsung's new assistant. Of course, Google Assistant is built-in as well.
