The S8+ is very sensitive. Your better off carrying it in bubble wrap with you cause if you drop it..even on carpet it can crack the screen. I am on my third one and I wish I would have stayed with a Iphone. I've always been a fan of android but this phone messes up so much. It will freeze and I have had it where the picture will go to half of screen leaving the bottom black and It took me forever to get my phone to power off to restart it.
Bought s8 plus 9 months ago, 4 months ago pixels started flickering everywhere, and 5 months ago start seeing screen burns in multiple areas of the phone. I took advance precautions and use my phone less, lowered screen quality, lowest brightness possible with no positive effect it got alot worse. I didn't drop my phone until about a week ago, the pixels actually got better after that. The back glass barely cracked. Best phone i ever had besides screen burns everywhere and bixby button and durability is a 1 out of 20. Oh and the pixels go away in YouTube landscape.

I got this phone and have overclocked it with a large amount of apps. It drains the battery since I have Offce 365 on it as well.

This works okay but still has some problems. Unlike the S7+ battery is better.

Best Phone I Ever Had

Very Snappy, never slow down on me, images from the camera are awesome, even better than the Note 9, which I replace this phone with. Durable, and truly stands to its promise and features. Water Resistant and Fast Wireless Charging are now a most for me, I've been spoiled.
I would've given it 5 stars, but too many apps for the same functions and Samsung Apps cannot be uninstalled. Would've preferred that my phone asked me which app I would rather use during initial set up. I love the Google Messages app better than Samsungs, as well as Gmail App over Email.
Love Knox and Secure Folder, but please add an option to be able to move files from the Secure Folder to my PC, if I had to move files out of the Secure Folder to transfer to PC beats the purpose of having a Secure Folder in the first place.

Great screen, bad multitasking

I loved the phone when it first came out. Everything was perfect for it, all the apps were fine, until it got older, more upgrades/newer standards, more newer phones, caused the phone to lag behind in performance. Really thin! Note 9 is a glass tank compared to the solid s8+ with no scratches, durability is awesome. Terrible 4k performance in recording.
I would recommend this to a friend!

All as good as you might imagine except: 1) back covered in slippery glass. Slipped through my fingers on Day 2 and shattered bottom-left-rear glass. Buy a cover before you buy this phone. Get non-slip tactile stuff on the long edges or you will be sorry. 2) Samsung chose to add the oldest Quick Charge, QC 4.0 has been out for quite a while, and they fielded this with QC 2.0!!! WHY? (forums say it's due to Samsung's refusal to pay Qualcomm royalties).
