Nothing worth writing home about. Just what you would expect in the next cycle of a flagship device.
Why no 128 or 256 Gb? Why no 5000 maH battery?
All the flashy battery sucking tech, standard battery. How does that make sense?
Memory hogging resolution, you only get 64 Gb. Say what?
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my 2nd Samsung Galaxy S8+, my first one was stolen, but I loved it so much I got a new one instead of going to the S9 or S10.

Some of the features that were on the 5 are not on the 8. I really liked the 5. Waiting on the 9.

This phone sucks

I had an older version of this phone previously. The phone started to have issues, so I decided to upgrade to this one. Bad decision. I have the same issues as previously experiences, and even more. I have performance issues within apps, my phone constantly freezes and 2 worded text messages take 2 minutes to send. Pictures take FOREVER to send. I am strongly considering an iPhone.

Bad video quality when sending via text

Overall the phone is great however one taking a video and trying to send it via text message the quality is extremely poor. The same is true when receiving a video via text message. For this reason I return the device and went back to my iPhone 6s plus.

The phone sucked my 2nd time trying Samsung galaxy and I was done with it in 10 days. I'll never attempt to switch from an iPhone again I tried a second time due to the first galaxy I tried was th s5 active and that was a night mare that I bought my way out in less than 6 months

The Glass Breaks All the Time

Do not buy this phone! The glass shatters constantly. The first time, I dropped the phone, and the glass spiderwebbed and had to be replaced. This never happened with my Galaxy 4. After I replaced the glass, I purchased one of the ATT screen protectors that is supposed to prevent this problem, and my glass just shattered again, worse than the first time! Also, this phone has difficulty pariring to some blue tooth devices. Honestly, I would rather have the Galaxy 7 that is prone to catching on fire. I am considering just buying a new battery for my 4 and putting it back on line and selling this phone to anyone who will take it.

Great Phone - Lousy Promo Support!!!!!!

I purchased two of the new Galaxy S8+ phones. I am very happy with the phones but am not happy at all with the support of the promo program. I requested the same promo on both phones and was notified that I left the purchase date off of one of the phones(I do not thing this was what happened). After trying to re-submit on line I was still not sure if it had been fixed. I tried to contact Samung customer support !! Big Mistake !! After being on hold for over an hour on two different occasssions - I finally reached a human - the agent had NO IDEA of what I was trying to accomplish.
I would recommend this to a friend!
