The Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ is an impressive phone. It performs like the future. It has all the latest everything , and more features than ever.
I still miss my the stylus of the note. I am thinking the waterproofing is the reason. this phone is 100% water proof, and can sit in a tank of water for up to 30 minutes and be fine. if the stylus was in the phone ,the phone couldn't be as slim or waterproof.
No matter, i feel this is the best cell phone you can get your hands on. truly awesome. you have to see it to believe it.
Iris scanner, more security, performs so well, everything you could want, and much more.
Awesome, Awesome, awesome, almost unbelievable. The future is here, brought by Samsung.

I have had my phone 3 days and the screen cracked

I have had my phone for 3 days and I love it. My only issue is the screen cracked from it sliding out of my pocket while I was standing up from the floor. The screen is the reason I got rid of my samsung s7 edge, I had my phone replaced 2 times in a year. I was not pleased with that and now I was sold on the S8 screen being better but after 3 days with my phone im having to pay to get it replaced. Having to pay to have it replaced is not a good sign of quality.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Built-in speakers
Cons: Did not meet expectations, screen cracked

From Note5 to S8+

I finally upgraded from my beloved Note 5 and I'm not disappointed with the change. The Galaxy S8+ is a beautiful phone, it's fast and comes loaded with tons of amazing and useful features. Recommended!

Galaxy S8+ Review

Here is my feedback based on my experience with this phone so far:
CONS:
- Severely overpriced
- Different charging tip, therefore no longer able to use micro USB chargers. ALSO, there was no charging adapter, which should've come with the phone, at least the first generation of this change.
- No physical HOME button (I loved this feature on the previous Samsung phones)
- EDGE screen has limitations with the inability to expand. I regularly used the Quick Menu option on the Note4 (multiple times a day) which had the ability to be modified and expanded. The new EDGE Apps screen has a maximum of 10 apps that can be added - this is unreasonable and inefficient. I'm already having issues multi-tasking with this phone and it's been less one week!
- When viewing a contact, must click multiple times to view the contact details. This change was absolutely illogical.
- No longer able to get to the phone keypad from the Contacts.
- Waterfall edge screen causes issues when handling and typing. The small lip that was on previous phones created a good buffer. I wish I had the option to get a phone without this edge screen.
- Bixby was not released yet the phone price remained the same.
- Fingerprint scanner is adjacent to the camera lens on the back of the phone, how does this make sense??? The scanner should've been on the front for ease of use without impacting other features and functions.

My new Samsung S8+

Very excited to have gotten this phone. The new design gives the phone a very sleek look. I love the feel of the phone on my hand, the camera is amazing, I'm impressed by the face recognition feature except for the few times i had to use the fingerprint option instead. Like every new gadget its too early to tell if the phones performance will be as good or better than my old note 5.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: sum bugs in the face recognition feature

Few bugs to work out

Phone continues to keep restarting randomly on a continuous loop, and this seems to be a problem with a bunch of phones that ppl have spent a lot of money on, Bixby does nothing it doesn't work on the just released product, Samsung is starting to release some bad products, I have a sound bar that's a Samsung and the sound cuts out randomly too, I'm gonna stop wasting my money on Samsung if they don't start improving their products.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
