Great Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an LG employee and I purchased this products for my townhouse property.
it wasn't for all day use, I just turn it on for few hours during the summer time, because it is so humid inside of the house.
This works really well for my needs. It absorbs the humid air really quickly, and the product looks sophisticate. so I can put this machine anywhere I want, hallway, living room space, bedroom space....it doesn't look bad at all!
Also, as you read the description, this product has multiple safety features we can rely on, I think that is the most significant features of this product.

Very effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this for our rec room, which was getting a musty smell whenever it was closed up as the hvac for the rest of the house doesn't extend in to that area. The unit was put to work immediately after it was delivered, and we were pleasantly surprised at just how quickly the smell disappeared and also just how much water was drawn out of the air and into the tank. That tank, incidentally, is of decent capacity, which is good as we aren't able to use the drain hose attachment since there is no place for it to drain. One other thing that should be mentioned is that this unit is a bit on the noisy side, so you don't want to place it near the tv or sleeping quarters if at all possible, but given it's effectiveness in removing moisture, in a relatively large area, that shouldn't be an issue as you should be able to place it far enough away that the noise will be unobtrusive. This is also not an inexpensive unit, but then it's not just a plastic toy like most of the others available, which, incidentally, have considerably less moisture removal abilities and, according to their reviewers, tend to break down frequently, which means you'll just end up having to purchase another one anyway, so why not just go ahead and buy a good one for a bit more in the first place?

Fastest dehumidifier ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used dehumidifiers before but none as fast as this in performing its job. The appliance is lightweight and I was able to carry it upstairs to set up. That was also very easy. Within 4 hours the living room was at a comfortable 55% humidity and had started about 70%. I have a large home and move it around with ease as it also is on wheels. The water container is easy to get to and has a great handle.The unit is stylish and quiet.
