never deal with LG again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this unit 2020 it did well first year with extended warranty.December 2021 the heat didn't come on and it went down hill from there.
Pros: ease of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this last Summer and it cooled and heated better than any unit we have had, but it only lasted a year. At the beginning of this Summer I believe the motor went out. So we spent that much on an ac for one year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked well in a 10x18 insulated 'cool room' for 2 years...then it would no longer cool low enough and finally started to squeak...Finally pulled and replaced with same model as the hole in the wall is for one size.
