Does not cool Service Stinks

I bought this just in time for the heat and it turns out this does not cool. The only thing that works is the fan but the compressor does not turn on for more than a second. The service is atrocious I have talked to the chat bot to request a service and they said they would be here today from 8 am to 12 PM and they never showed. When I called they told me that it was canceled because there was no technicians but they said that giving me a call was too hard so they never let me know I just wasted my entire day waiting. Hopefully it can work because I always thought LG was a reliable brand but it looks like they also sell you lemons and have horrendous service.

THE DIGITAL NUMBER GOES OUT AND WILL NOT HEAT PROPERLY. I HAVE HAD IT 1 1/2 YEARS AND SPENT TO MUCH MONEY FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME. JUST DISAPPOINTED.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so impressed with the one I purchased on 03/07/20, I purchased a second one on 03/14/20. I am impressed with the fan not running when the heat pump is not on.
Worst purchase I could have bought. I have a 13×60 space thought the 23000 would be more than enough. It barely cools 12× 20. Please dont waste your money. I'm about to take it back. Only it two weeks.
