Poor heating function

Purchased in summer 2018 and AC works great however when I turned on the heat in the winter it did not even blow warm air. Requested service and repairman said that heater coils were working fine but he even admitted that it did not even blow warm air. Bought for my 1200 sq. ft. workshop that is well insulated but when you are standing in front of the unit while it is blowing it feels like cool air with no heat. Would not buy this unit for it's heating function as it is a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am happy, but one thing the energy save is different from what I'm used to. Once it reaches set temp. The air conditioner comes on every 3 minutes to check air quality. This feature should have different time setting. Every 3 minutes seams excessive.
