Nice looking unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could be a better system for draining water. forget about the garden hose, too much trouble. Lifting ( heavy ) unit about two feet off the ground and resting on a box to open drain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple months ago and was a little skeptical if it really worked that great. After the first night with it I loved it. It doesn't take long for the room to cool down at all. It hasn't made the power bill go up either. It's awesome!

Can't handle the heat!

I've dealt with a ton of AC units over the years. This has a gorgeous design and pretty straight forward setup, I just couldn't cool down my 25x15 room. No way. It was 89 degrees outside and This only got me to 78-79. Bought today returning tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Built in home ac can not cool this room below 84 degrees when the outside temp is over 100. Added this ac to the room and now it's cool and comfortable to sleep at night. Unit works great with no problems.
