Difficult tank removal

I bought this product as a replacement and it is very difficult to remove the tank and then replacement is even harder. Otherwise, no complaints.

I bought this a month ago and it has runs not stop. I purchased a condensation pump to run the water 100 feet to a drain. It has brought the humidity down from 89% to 51%. Very pleased!
I would recommend this to a friend!
