Great Frig, The LED lighting is great. A lot more room than you think. Looks great and space was tight and fits perfectly under the cabinets. Freezer holds a lot more than you think.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my old Side-by-Side refrigerator/freezer started making loud humming sounds I knew that it was on its last legs and a replacement would be required sooner than later.The big challenge was to decide on what type to get.Side-by-Side, freezer on top and refrigerator on bottom, refrigerator on top and freezer on bottom?After visiting different stores and seeing the vast selection of styles and models, I decided on another Side-by-Side.I wanted a model WITHOUT an ice-maker and cold water dispenser on the outside, I wanted every inch of space for the freezer.What I like so much about the design of a Side-by-Side is the fact that the freezer section has many shelves where you can compartmentalize the different foods that you want to store in it. It is very easy find what you are looking for without having to dig for it.The doors on the refrigerator and freezer have deep shelves that hold more items which means that small items that used to waste space on the shelves can now fit on the doors. It is much easier to find things. I can also put big bottles of juice on the door shelves.The refrigerator shelves rest on full side wall supports that evenly distribute the weight of items on each shelf, so heavy items are not an issue.The fridge side has a deep drawer for vegetables, a second deep drawer for fruits, and a third half size drawer to hold deli items, cheeses, etc.The new model is enclosed in the back so it can sit flush against the wall. (no exposed coils).It slides easily on the floor without leaving marks and can be balanced in the event that your floor is not even.The user guide has lots of good information that helps with the fridge's operation and care.Some minor assembly is required (attaching the door handles.)The sides of the refrigerator are dark grey and not stainless steel.One side is exposed in my kitchen so I used magnets and photos to cover it.I have had the fridge for 2 months and am very happy with it!

Fits our Kitchen

We bought the refrigerator to replace an old Hot Point that failed after 20+ years. Our new Whirlpool is doing a good job. It cools nicely, has enough room for the needs of my wife and I. The first Whirlpool unit that was delivered had some handling damage on the rear of the unit, and the black gloss paint finish on the top right corner of door was foggy. Our distributor repair man recommended replacement since he couldn't know if internal insulation might have been damaged with the handling damage.The replacement Whirlpool refrigerator unit we received was okay except it had a "ding" in the door which was noticeable. Again, our distributor offered monetary compensation, or a new door. We selected a new door. It has not arrived yet.The refrigerator works great. We are quite pleased with it. Only the handling issues that occur somewhere between the factory and our house were concerning. Thanks!
