Ice Maker Problem

Refrigerator was installed in early March 2021 and four months later the ice maker malfunctioned. It must be replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did an extensive search and review before my purchase and so far am very pleased. There was some reviews about the freezer handle falling off. At delivery I was shown the tool for the handles and how to use it. And just a week later the freezer handle started to become loose. So I tightened it some and it has been good so far. So maybe the handle falling off was because they did not take care of business as soon as it became loose. The freezer is a little heavy to pull which I wasn't pleased with at first. Then I saw a video on FB with a small child opening a freezer and getting stuff out on their own. My granddaughter is 1 and first thing she did was try to open the new freezer. When she is a little stronger she could of opened the old one, pleased to say she will not be able to open this one. Of course I am used to the heavier door, and it is now not an issue.

Makes constant clicking-clacking sound in the back groud, comes from rear - compressor hums along nicely but the back ground clicking-clacking is very annoying. What do I do? Very unsatisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator when our previous one's freezer stopped working. There was only this option to purchase in stock, that met our requirements and dimensions. We don't like that the bottles, etc on the doors' shelves rattle if the doors are allowed to close on their own, and the freezer door does not always close automatically with a little push. The positive features are that the dimensions are the same as our previous one, so it fits perfectly, and has 2 more cubic feet of storage, and the inside is well lit. WE also don't like that you often to have to open both doors to reach anything in the frig.

Decent fridge, but loud and flimsy shelves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge looks nice on the outside. Roomy on inside. But makes a very loud sound when compressor and/or fan turns on, 3 or 4 times as loud as our previous Samsung. And the shelves inside are flimsy. The deli drawer feels very cheap and doesn’t slide easily or stay straight. Wouldn’t purchase again.
