Sucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two days in my home it started to make a loud noise. It took a week or two for Frigidaire to have someone to come and fix it. Now it’s making the sound so Frigidaire will not fix it. My refrigerator is not that old I’m looking to sell it and get a new and different brand.

If the issue isn’t present when our techs arrive at your home, it's challenging for them to perform a proper diagnosis to resolve the matter. Try taking a video recording the next time you experienced the sound and give us a call!
In the meantime, I recommend reviewing the “NORMAL OPERATING SOUNDS AND SIGHTS” of your Use & Care guide page 34 for additional details that may help you understand your new, high-efficiency refrigerator a bit better. Keep in mind, some surfaces on floors, walls, and open floor kitchen plans may make these sounds more noticeable.

Great storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched many of this style to find the best design for storage space and was correct, this is the best freezer storage for size and style. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is the cosmetic flaws. The handles have big holes from where the handle screw goes. What makes it look worst is the SS reflection making it look larger. Every time I would go to open the fridge I would think there was a bug on it. I’m getting used to it enough now that I remember it’s not a bug but yet still very distracting. And yes I was on the phone with Frigidaire for an hour to see if some sort of screw cap is a available to no avail. Odd enough the post could not be submitted with 3 stars so I changed it to 4 with same review and here it is. Hmmm?

I like the size and versatility of this unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately it has made a very loud alarm sound from the first day. Shop is coming to evaluate today, but had to wait 3 weeks. In the past week the unit now has a "Temperature high" notification and softer alarm going off regularly. I hope this can easily be rectified today as i really like the look, space and french doors.

Love this fridge!

It is extremely roomy and we cant even fill up all of the door bins! So easy to organize and find everything. Stays clean and neat. And it makes tons of ice! Pure genius! Ps. Unlike other reviews, we do not hear any strange noises.

This one performs better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing a different mfg refrig and having it ice up which caused the main box to heat up, we decided to change mfg and purchased a Fridigaire. We now have a stable device with minor issues that are acceptable in comparison with the first device. I would recommend this device to anyone looking for a new refrig. Plus, it has a water filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One very minor annoyance; can't remove crisper & cold drawers for cleaning without removing the bottom door bins from both door panels. The door opening stops SHOULD have been positioned such that the doors could open enough to allow all three drawers to be removed without having to pull the two door bins out of the doors.
