Good Fridge, Bad Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Fridge in December and it was delivered quickly, but the door handles could not be installed as the screwed were sheared off. Worked with the retailer, contacted the brand, receive the wrong parts, could not get a hold of anyone at the brand and had a poor experience with retailer customer service. Poor experience all around but a good fridge after I fixed it myself.

Love my new frige

I went from a side by side to a 3 door French style. It holds much more and the food is easier to reach. No ice/water dispenser on the door ..yay!

Great for our Family Needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were desperate for a new fridge as our previous non-Frigidaire model stopped working after less than 5 years. It would have cost hundreds to fix, and our repairman suggested we instead pay a little more than the repair fee to buy a new fridge. His first recommendation was Frigidaire. Off we went to our local non-big box appliance store where we found this model, which happened to be the model they could deliver to us the quickest. We took it right away and are so happy we did. Ample space for all our food and freezer items, and it keeps everything the right temperature.
Two items to consider: the doors are not super smooth when they close. It can be difficult to move the inner shelves and door shelves around but once you have that sorted it is fine. In fact on day three one of the door shelves broke.
Overall, considering what we paid, the amount of space (27.6 cubic feet!) and the level of cool/freeze it provides I have found this fridge to be a great value for our family of four. But due to the issues mentioned above I can only give it 3 stars.

Lots of space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago to replace an older one. We decided to go with no water dispenser/ice maker on the refrigerator section simply because we didn’t use it frequently. The extra space is much welcomed and needed. The ice maker in the freezer is huge and we Jenny missed the top dispenser at all. I highly recommend this model.

Awesome refrigerator!

The drawers are able to be seen easily so I don’t forget what’s in them. Also, the lighting is great in it. As for the freezer part, I’ve never had a bottom type before and wasn’t sure if I’d like it, but it is so convenient. I don’t think I could ever go back to any other type of refrigerator after having this one!

My old refrigerator had gone out and I was looking for one that had the freezer on the bottom of the unit, and this one does. It has way more room in it, and it keeps the contents cold.
