Freezer not cold enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as a second fridge. We got the first one and the freezer would not get cold enough. Ice cream melting, bread wouldn't freeze, etc. So we had it checked and they said it was a refrigerant leak. So we returned it and got another one. This one performed slightly better but still cannot fully freeze any bread and other types of items even with freezer setting the coldest. Fridge works great.

Did you know, depending on what your ice cream is made of will determine how it freezes? Ice cream high in fat and sugar versus products with high water content is harder to freeze, as a lower temperature is needed. Ice cream does the best store in the lowest part of the freezer towards the back. Hopefully, this helps. great depth and storage for a small area

Noisy

I just hope that they are right and that the very noticeable, frequent noise is usual and customary.

Modern high-efficiency compressors operate much faster than older models. The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound, which is normal.
