Freezer works great fridge part isn’t working

Poorly constructed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lowe's Delivery Team was unable to reserve the doors. The freezer door would not align or seal properly because it appears that the screw holes for the top hinge unit were not drilled in the proper place. They had to put the doors where they were hints at the factory.
This was a unit for my rental property and I didn't have time for them to replace it with a different refrig.

lacking simple use features/ not user friendly

I had to replace an older version (almost 30 yrs old) of this fridge. Living in an apartment in the city- there are space constraints. Same model, same size should have been a no brainer..... BUT the illustrious engineers have tried to change the way people who cook use a fridge. NO egg storage in the door? Why not? Best place, easy access. Bottled water does not fit in the middle main section- the shelves do not allow a bottle to fit. Only fits in bottom of door- means bend or squat every time you need it! Door sections so wide- yet only fits a single row of anything- that every time you open or close the door, the glass bottles rattle! (one already fell and broke when reopening the door!) Not well thought out. The spacing between the wires means nothing stands properly, they fall over. In the freezer, boxes of frozen veges fall through. Bottom drawers that are actually half drawers because they have the back cut out at an angle. Molded sections inside for shelves- not a lot of use-oriented ways to work with it. As a result, shelves are spaced in ways that do not work with the sizes of products sold. Who thought of doing this? Go back to what worked and stop trying to reinvent a wheel!

We do sell an egg tray for your convenience. A covered one, part FGD29516, is $9.99. The non-covered one, part 215817806, is $6.99. I have included the links to each of them. The stock photo of this model shows a couple of rows of items in the door, so I suppose it all depends on what you are putting in there. Ideal purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ideal for a single occupant household. Fits perfectly in a small galley kitchen. No frills but none required. Capacity more then adequate for above occupant. Runs quiet and energy efficent. All in all a wonderful refrigerator experience.
