Freezer door won’t shut

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our fridge is brand new but we’ve had to have it thawed out twice because the freezer door won’t shut tight enough without having to push hard on the door. This has resulted in the whole back of the freezer freezing and not allowing any cold air to get to the refrigerator.

Please ensure the seal is intact and properly seated on the frame, and that your refrigerator is tilted 1/4 inch from front to back. This should typically allow the doors to swing closed and seal on their own. Nice features. Fits my needs for my small kitchen

It fits my needs because I have size restraints because my kitchen cabinets take up most of the room in my small kitchen. An error occurred in my request for the doors to be mounted on the left, but since the first attempted delivery was damaged and I had to wait such a long time for the replace, I decided to keep it as received.
