does not achieve in cooling 350 sq ft let alone 550 sq ft as advertised.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Uh oh, JPCounts. I hate to hear you are having trouble with your A/C. If the room temp is very high, the air exiting the unit may not feel very cold. It is usually 17-20 degrees colder than the intake air. Make sure the air filter is clear and nothing is blocking the vent. If there is any ice or frost forming anywhere, unplug the appliance until it defrosts. If you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out to us directly. ~ Brandi

Meets the expectation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been owning the product for 2.5 months and it is working good so far. Little bit noisy when running but you can get used to it. I might have different opinion about the product after the winter time when I'll have chance to use the heater function but so far AC is working as I expected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works Great!

Decided to purchase this product to try regulate the temperature so I can use the room. Haven’t used the heat yet, but the A/C works great. I can finally get some use out of what was an unusable room! YAY!
