I recently decided to change back from a colour laser to inkjet printer. Mainly due to the cost of toner for the colour laser. I've had several recommendations for Epson from people I trust and decided to buy one.
The printer arrived promptly and I set it up the day it arrived. But alas it had a paper feed problem. I may have tried to print 30 or 40 times and it printed 3 pages. I contacted support and after working with them for about 15 mins they decided to replace the printer. Very efficient. Problem was I was heading interstate and wasn't going to be here for the pickup of the old printer or delivery of the new. Again this was not a problem. Epson put a hold on the delivery and pick up until I returned home.
The new printer arrived and I installed it. And ...... Same problem paper feed problem. I rang support again who said because they had already sent me a replacement I would have to speak to one of their managers. Within a couple of hours the manager rang and I explained the problem. He got me to fiddle around with the grey bottom in the feed tray that is used for A3 paper (I was using A4) and jiggling it around and trying again the printer successfully printed.
I haven't printer a lot but it has worked ok since then (except once where a jiggle with the button fix the paper jam problem).
So currently the printer is working, and I'm happy with that. Time will tell whether this was teething problem that will go/gone away, or whether its a real design flaw. (I'll create another review in 3 months with an update.
I give the Company 5 stars for the manner in which they handled by problem. Its service that matters and I got 5 star services. This printer will not last forever I will have to replace it in the future and I already know that I will be buying my next printer from Epson. You guys treated me like a person not a number and have won loyalty. Keep up the good work.

easiest Wi-Fi printer setup

An excellant printer. Workforce should be called workhorse! There is no stopping this thoroughbred, it just keeps on keeping on. I have owned 4 printers and could never mange the wi-fi setup. The workforce 7510 is one of the easiest set-ups I have ever encountered. No-one should think "oh I am not technical minded" or "it will be too difficult to set-up the wi-fi" because this machine is a breeze. It also fits neatly on top of my small filing drawer. It is perfect. Thank you

im just glad that there is finally an awesome quality low priced a3 printer that all home offices can afford. even just in a family situation the quality of the photo print is as good if not better and cheaper than going to a major printing out let and paying a fortune

My new WF - 7510 Printer is great value and I am extremely happy.
Prints perfect and fast. Not many printers print A3 at this price!
