Amazing

I love my Breville mixer. I did extensive research and it came down to KA or Breville. I am so glad I chose Breville. My other foodie friends were similarly impressed and two have purchased this mixer. I now own several Breville products. I've only had one issue with one product and I had a replacement part in my hands within a week. No charge, no fuss.

Was a great mixer - for a couple months

I'm a baker and use my mixer every week especially during christmas time. This mixer just seems to be dieing a slow painful death after about 2 years. I had my kitchen aid mixer for 15 years before 'upgrading' to this one, though I was doing a good thing. The mixer cant handle a simple cake mix or cookie mix without the flip down head looking like it's going to fly off any minute. Kind of sad about it because everything else I have Breville is awesome which is quite a bit: the tea brewer, the toaster and the juicer. But this mixer is a definite disappointment.

I love my Bakery Chef - her name is Betty Breville and she was a gift to myself this year. I have not any an issues at all - it took a bit of getting used to the button to raise and lower the head but I do like that feature. The light over the mixing bowl steals the show - it is so nice to see what is mixing and the timer along with the pause is so helpful. My machine came with a glass bowl - which is surprisingly lightweight and an aluminum bowl that has handles on both side making it easy to handle. What really is best about this mixer - it has a SPRING so I have no worries about the attachments falling off (like on my other new machine - a different brand). I have made cookies - macarons - cakes - butter cream icing - cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls - all different types of batter and she mixed each perfectly with no bogging down! I'm well known for burning much everything but I have a great new machine to get me started off on my new adventures.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my gold mixer!

I've had a home baking business for the past 5 years and used a Kitchenaid professional bowl lift mixer for large batches which I thought was the bomb. Then I stopped doing the business and gave the mixer to my newly wedded daughter. I purchased a Bosch mixer but missed having an upright mixer for the finer pastries and small batches. When I saw this gold mixer and watched some YouTube videos about it I was in love and had to have it. It performs very well in all applications. Having the two different sized bowls is a huge benefit. Besides the beauty of the look, I love now having a tilt head and the light that illuminates the bowl is fantastic. Couldn't be happier!
