long drying time

It's okay - I find it takes a good bit for the clothes to dry................most of the time I have to run they cycle at least half way again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Having Trouble

I have paid for this new dryer and really want it to work, but I have been having the following problems:
I have not been able to get my dryer to dry clothes, unless I turn it on to another or same cycle 2 or 3 times. I have tried "Heavy Duty" for 70 minutes, then "More Dry", and maybe still not dry. This happens with light loads and heavy loads.
I also seem to be getting lint on the backside of the lint screen, and I am putting it in the slot correctly. I clean the screen after every load.
I read the manual and directions twice.

It is actually a front load, not top load as your header says. Very nice, quiet running.

Recently in September I purchased a new washer and dryer. It was the perfect price, style, & size to fit my basement. I'm very pleased with my appliances.

dryer area is huge and acccomodates large items

I bought this several months ago was surprised at the size of the drying area, the settings are simple, timing is easily managed and clothes are NOT in a knot and easily removed when drying time is complete. A really good buy.
