Worth every penny

I only write reviews for products that are notably excellent (or the opposite). This tripod is excellent. I am immensely pleased with it, and as much as I felt absurd spending so much on a tripod (I'm a hobbyist), it has been a game changer.
It is incredibly compact and light, deceptively so, because it's also very sturdy. It is fast to deploy and easy to carry in the field, and very stable. The ball head is so much more effective than the cheaper pan and tilt heads I've used in the past.
I absolutely recommend this tripod for any amateur photographer who wishes to take steady shots in the field.
I would recommend this to a friend!
