GREAT PRODUCT

Product arrived in promised timeline. Opened box, all parts as described. Already had same disposall we were replacing due to old age. Was able to replace in very short time. Only downside, the screws for elbow mount, sure could have been a couple of threads longer.

I bought this disposal and it's working great! Sound different than any other disposal I've had, but then, you get used to the norm don't you? After a couple of days, it's normal.
