We moved into our house in October 2019. The disposal stopped working several times.
Had to keep breaking it loose with a heron handle.
They sent a replacement in March 2020.

This product is extremely quiet when operating and does an awesome job! Very pleased with the purchase. Installation was less the 45 minutes and has performed flawlessly!

3 months after 3 year warranty the blades broke off. This is the first time I have had to replace a disposal other than when I replace a sink. Would not buy again

quite bit.but not last long

I loved the product. But it only last 1 year. The blades was popup when i turn on the disposal.
