Convenient, easy to install and small

I like this product a lot. We have limited space under the sink, and the little we use a disposal - we don't need much. My only complaint is that it's hard to find this product at retail anymore. I had to order online.

May not have been the perfect choice

I liked the size and the HP [matched my previous disposal unit], but my 'professional' plumber (40+ years experience) had countless problems trying to install [mount] this particular unit. He could not understand why he was having such a hard time...once he finished, my disposal sounds 'sick'...just 'not right'
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replaced my old one that was virtually identical to this one. The previous version lasted 15 years and I hope this one does as well. They looked identical. The model number was off by one letter, but that’s just because they don’t make that exact model anymore. Love this one so far. It operates just like the old one so far.
