Good quality under powered

I bought this being told it was all I needed. I'm rather disappointed way underpowered than I expected. Not impressed

Easy to install

We bought this garbage disposal to replace our broken one. It was easy to install and the instructions where easy to follow. It is a lot quitter then our last one and does a good job at a reasonable price. Thanks GE!

We bought this model in 2013 and yesterday the grinder part (blades) fell apart. It was making extreme loud noises and unit started to shake. Had to fish the pieces out of the disposal area and we no longer can use it. If a disposal unit is supposed to last around 10-12 years, this model certainly does not meet those standards!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great disposal

Just purchased this disposal and got it installed. Approx 25 min to install and was very easy. 1-10 on being easy 1 being the easiest I would give it a 4. This disposal is very quiet, may be the quietest that I've ever owned.

The unit works well, but the interior is rusted after 45 days of use. It look like it is 3 years old.
