Works as it should, but is a tad louder than our old one. Don't really care, as long as it is working and continues for a long time.

We are very pleased with the disposal. The biggest and most important, to us, feature is just how quiet this is! No matter what you put into it, there is less noise. Such a treat from our last contraption!

Very anemic

This disposal is so weak that I am not sure it is working correctly. It takes forever to do its job, and the water doesn't drain properly from my sink.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If there is a clog present in the disposer, this may also prevent it from draining properly.

Installation was easy, aside from removing the old unit. Follow the directions exactly, and check for leaks, and everything seems good so far!
