Easy install?

I bought this to replace my 12 year old leaking disposal, I looked it up on line and found a dealer close by. It was more expensive than some but, it has a one HP motor. I looked at videos to see if the installation would be difficult. Although it said easy installation, it was a little more difficult than I expected. I called a neighbor for help today after I lubed the seal. It was easy then!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It makes an awful sound. Hardly use it, don’t trust it to work.

We went bigger but was worried about the noise. But have to say its prefect and thew noise is very low. Never would have thought such a powerful machine would be as quiet as it is. great product and would totally recommended it.

LOUD!

The title says it all. This is the 2nd one. GE customer service was awesome & immediately sent another disposal. It's loud too but not as loud as the first one. I can't afford another plumber service call so I'm going to live with it.
