This thing is not very appealing. Barely washes, barely dries, short cycles just don’t clean. Kind of expensive. The controls are poorly designed and no light on floor or front panel to know when cycle is 100% done. Timer on control panel only has two digits so it can’t show accurate two hour cycles and just shows 99. Noise is average. Install straight forward, similar to others. Awkward rack layout makes the actual capacity much smaller than capacity advertised. Just poorly designed and executed top to bottom. There’s just nothing appealing or compelling about this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Page 14 of the Use and Care Manual (https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--k3DGwDd_--/22bbcc57c9ab82dbebea8a51a9550481b3246026.pdf) provides some helpful troubleshooting tips in the "Dishes and flatware not clean" and "Dishes don't dry" sections. To know a cycle has completed, the "Clean" light on the control board will light up green. Page 10 of the same Use and Care Manual linked above provides helpful tips and information on how to properly load this model.
