Good resolution and easy on the eyes. Just the right size for desk use. Easy set-up to begin use. I use it exclusively with my HP laptop and docking station for my home office. I should have invested in this set-up a long time ago. My only negative is the stand it sits on. It could be made more sturdy. Other than that, it was a good investment and a great value.

The image is crisp but the sound is plain. The 23” HP monitor I replaced had better speakers. The monitor is light and easy to assemble.

Just got the monitor. Haven't bought HP product for a while. I'm actually pretty impressed by the design and quality of the monitor. I like the edgeless design taking less desk space.
Particularly, I like it's very light, thin and compact design. The colour and visual quality are also pretty good. Hook up is a breeze. No any issues.
Highly recommended.

Really great monitor, but the stand is lacking

The monitor looks really, really good! But, unfortunately, the stand is flimsy and inadequate because you cannot raise the monitor vertically. The stand will let you tilt forward and backward -- which is really helpful -- but the stand does not have the ability to raise the monitor up. I liked the price point and features of the HP 27fw -- it is awesome. I would have paid $20 more for a better stand.
But don't get me wrong, the monitor looks really, really good, and I am really glad about that.
