The top of unit is open to any dust, water etc to fall directly into unit and kill the computer.

Had the older model basically the same exact monitor, our cat broke the monitor screen by chewing on it. The new monitor I am going to keep it covered with the box that it came in

The ports are hard to see/access. I wish they were labeled. I also thought this would come with a webcam built in. Overall I am disappointed with the "usability" factor.
