[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great headphones! Not Sony’s though. I spent lucratively to see the difference. The ability to change fields with an app is what’s up!

QC 35 First generation Bluetooth Problems
on February 22, 2019

I have bought QC35 First generation 2 years back and was a happy customer until recently when the bluetooth in it connects automatically when switched off as well. I have updated the software thinking that it would solve the issue. But the issue is persistent and I practically stopped using this product after this issue. Any pointers on how to solve this issue would be highly appreciated.

Not 100% Noise Canceling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Five months ago, I bought my headphones and altogether I LOVE them but do NOT expect noise to be completely canceled. I do not like my music loud so if someone is talking on the phone or to their friends, I can still hear them. They claim noise canceling headphones but not 100% noise canceling to protect themselves. But the music does sound great and are super comfortable too that's why I kept them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these headphones over a year ago now, every time I use them for long periods of time the noise cancelling feature gives me a headache. They sound great and look great and feel great but to be honest I would wait until the Bose 700's to come out.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to review the QC35 II's.
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing these headaches with the noise canceling activated. This is not a widely reported issue however this can be the case for a small percentage of people when using headphones, and sometimes even without active noise canceling.
This is one of the reasons that we offer a 30-day return policy on our headphones where you can return them for a full refund.
If you have any questions, please do reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.
Have a great day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this headphones 3 weeks ago as a replacement for the legacy QC15 which btw are still performing great. Bluetooth made me take the step forward. I find the headphones a bit heavy therefore, for me, this are a bit uncomfortable. The band does not have the leatherette material i was used to on the QC15, so for sure that does not help on the weight feel of the headphones. Noise canceling is great. For me Bose has the best NC headphones in the market. With regards to the sound, Although, the sound is impeccable, i find the bass to be too high therefore, it has less of a neutral setting which is what i loved about the QC15. I am looking forward for Bose to come up with a more lightweight bluetooth headphone option, with a more neutral sound or with an equalizer in which you can control the output. Always a Bose fan and will continue to be.
