Great Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a 1.5 months ago. I was impressed with the battery life and quality of the music. The only reason why I rated it at a 4/5 was due to the connectivity with airplane jacks. I purchased a Bose Airplane Connector along with the Headset and the connection did not work very well with the plane I was on (and I was on a few planes, so it wasn't just the plane itself). Otherwise, AWESOME product.
Items like these are why I continue to be a Bose customer.

Fine for bigger heads

Too big for my head. I called to see if there was something you had to make the large headphones fit me...sigh. I fabricated some padding to put at the top of headphones so they would cover my ears. Wish you would make a lighter, more streamlined set. Way too big and bulky.
Same thing with your sleep buds....so uncomfortable with no solutions for the consumer...ear pillow pads or something. Thinner, and softer would be helpful. I really need the buds too!

Best I've every had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best set of headphones I've ever purchased. Sound quality is excellent even when making or taking a call. The noise canceling is pretty neat and the synthesis between the google assistant and the headphones is really helpful.
My only complaint would be the Bluetooth's range of connectivity. At work and at home when I leave one area to go to another area, the connection becomes poor, or I lose connection altogether. The first time I lost connection I was at work. When I lost connection the music then began playing out loud, bothering my coworkers. I could just bring my phone with me everywhere I go, but I honestly don't want to sometimes. I'd rather just walk away knowing everything is going to be okay.

Sound quality Great

These things are great, no complaints about noise canceling or sound. But I do have a complaint about how short the charging cable is for these, as with the cable that comes to connect to a phone. I was replacing the Studio Beats version, and those were great, everything with them. They came with the wall charger, extra cables, a cable with the ability to change the volume when not using bluetooth, and a cable that had a microphone right in it. Just wish that with the price paid for these that they would have come with those simple extras.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] EVERYTHING works better than advertised. Very comfortable compared to beats and the sound quality is much better than beats too.

Good Headphones. Bluetooth Range Short

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the headphones perform great. The sound is comparable to others in this price range. The Jabra Evolve 75's have better natural bass sound. Bluetooth range is pretty much horrible. I have a pair of Jabra bluetooth Evolve 75 headphones that have easily 3 times the distance for connectivity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the QC 35 II to sync with my Samsung TV in my bedroom and I cannot succeed in pairing both devices. I was able to pair a set of Beats Solo 3, so I think the issue is with my Bose headphones. Please fix
