Great set of headphones the case not so great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my headphones but the zipper on the storage case was not working on the first unzip. The fine zipper teeth just didn't mesh, should of considered a larger tooth zipper.

Good sound

Will be nice if you could be able to adjust sound with a equalizer. B even without it sounds great. Use it in an plane a very nice sound with wires connection , I enjoy the movie

The quality of phone conversation is not good

I use the headphones a lot while I am on the train. Every time when I answer a call, the person on end of the call keeps complaining about there is a lot of background noise, and not able to hear me clearly

We thank you for providing feedback on the QC35 Series II wireless headphones. Sorry that you're not pleased with the phone call quality. Just so that you know, we tuned the communication microphones, mainly used for telephone conversations, to the human voice frequency range.

In a loud environment where there are voices in the background, it’s possible the microphones will pick up those background voices and bring up the gain. This can send the background voices through to the far end person on a call. We suggest that you try moving to a quiet location and test the call again to see if that helps.

Great Headphones, BUT wished I got them in Black

Good sound/noise c, ok microph, poor connectivity

I've owned 2 Bose noise cancelling headphones. The sound is as good as the previous ones, but the microphone captures a lot of background noise. Also, the earphones don't seem to have an app for a windows/Dell laptop...

We see that you're having trouble with the microphones, we're sorry to hear that. Great sound, great noise canlation,can't clean

awesome headphones

the only downfall, the connection between the phone and the headphones is like 30-50 ft, you lose connection anything more than that.
