Most Comfortable Headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headphones are great, the only downside is the possibility of only connecting two devices at the same time (I would go with Beats Studio 3 just for that reason, in the future), lack of Siri support and fragile ear pads. The headphones are not good for working out, as they are not very robust, soak up all the seat and don't hold in place.

Not as great as the price point implies

In Nov.2018, I bought a set of headphone, Bose QC 35 II.
Pros: The quality of the headphones when it comes to the build and comfort is top class.
Cons: Noise cancellation should be better, many other phones have a better cancellation.
Overall, my experience with the Bose QC 35 II was lower than my expectation and is priced way to high for the life expectancy.

Awful bluetooth range

I bought this for myself and expected greatness, but i soon realized that tge bluetooth range was avout 3 feet. When my phone was in my pocket, it kept cutting un and out. What should i do?

We thank you for providing a review of the QC35 Series II wireless headphones. Just so you know, the Bluetooth operating range is up 30 feet from the source device and we're sorry to hear about the trouble you're having.

There are few troubleshooting steps we recommend. Please try the following to see if it helps:

Remove the headphones from the source device and clear the Bluetooth pairing list from the headphones (slide and hold the power switch to the right for 10 seconds).

Try rebooting the source device and perform a reset on the headset:

Turn the headset off and wait for 30 seconds.
Plug the headset into a USB power supply via USB cord and wait 5 seconds. (Power supply needs to be plugged into the wall with power on).
Unplug the USB cord from the headset and wait 1 minute.
Turn on the headset and test if the headset works properly.

Excellence with one shortcoming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a Bose A20 aviation headset and the noise reduction on the QC35 is comparable. It makes commercial flights far more comfortable by reducing the fatigue caused by the noise of the aircraft. The one shortcoming is the way the headset is crammed into the case. I understand the desire to be compact, but forcing everything into a case that’s too small is potentially damaging. I find that the battery lasts about 10-12 hours.
