Dissapointed

I bought my QC comforts II a month ago and just not satisfied with this product. This is my second pair of headphones from Bose with my first being the QC 35's and honestly prefer them over the 35's II. The quality or material of which the 35 II are made of do not seem sturdy or of high quality as one would hope or expect for a Bose product. The material used feels cheap and the buttons wiggle and seem to be not properly set in casing. I've also had some concerns with the noise cancelling feature which seems to be less than the original 35's. I should of stayed with the original 35's instead of upgrading to the wireless 35's II.

I bought it a month ago. I was initially thrilled with its comfort and functions until it suddenly started dying in an hr after a full night of charging. So frustrated since I literally need to use it most of the day everyday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it for my personal use and video editing. however, one of the main reasons I got these is to watch movies from laptop with my wife on the airplance as we travel a little bit. I have to connect mine to the phone in order for me sync up with my wife's. then since it only supports two BT connection at once, when I try to connect to my laptop, her connection gets dropped.. is there anyway to sync two headphone without using mobile device? how can I watch a movie from my laptop while sharing the audio with other Q35?
Response from bose.comBy Mohsin_S, Bose Support, September 24, 2018
Hi JJ Kim,
Thank you for providing your review of the QC35 Series II wireless headphones. We're glad to hear that you are enjoying the sound quality! You can have up to two devices connected to your headphones at the same time. However, you can only play audio from one device at a time. Here is a support article on switching between connected device: https://bose.life/2NyxcQS
With Music Share you can play music from a music app (i.e. Spotify, Pandora, device storage, etc.) and share the music you're listening to with another compatible Bose Music Share product.
Enabling Music Share: Have one headset paired with your mobile device first -
- In the Bose Connect app, tap the Music Share (double headphone) icon above the volume slider.
- Tap "CONTINUE" and "GET STARTED".
- Locate the device with which to share. If you have more than one compatible Bose product, swipe left or right to find it. Swipe the product icon downward to connect it to Music Share. It will take a few seconds for them to connect.

What a disappointment

I lost my original headset on a flight back form Hawaii in August so I decided to buy the latest QC 35 II as a replacement - and made sure to get silver color so they are visible if they fall down. I never got to use them till last week and what a disappointment. I wore them on a flight to Seattle and connected them to my Galaxy S8 phone to play music. Every minute or so the headphones would disconnect and announce the battery life and the song would stop playing. I finally gave up did not use the headset. I figured it was because there may have been a lot of interference from several headset users on that flight. A few days later I was on a flight to Hawaii and same story. I finally hard wired them in to the phone. I hope there is a firmware fix for this or I want my money back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the wireless headphones and the auxiliary outlet on the headphones are too small for the auxiliary cord that came with the headphones.
Response from bose.comBy Mohsin_S, Bose Support, October 2, 2018
Hi Rook,
Thank you for providing your review of the QC35 Series II wireless headphones. For clarification, the one end of the backup audio cable is intended to be 2.5mm, this will plug into the headset port on the left earcup. The other end is 3.5mm to plug into the headphone jack of the desired source device.
Hope that helps. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us by clicking here: https://bose.life/2LXQA9c
I would not recommend this headphones at all. Headphones at half of the price are sound better.

Sound Is Great, Bluetooth Range Is Not Great

These are great sounding headphones when the Bluetooth works. Bass sound quality is perfect for me. The problem is that I purchased mine about 6 months ago and now Bluetooth seems to go in and out. The range is only about 20 ft. Get super range and sound from my Beats which I use most of the time now. In my opinion the sound quality of the Beats is not as good as Bose, but they do not cut out like Bose QC 35s. The Bose QC 35 is priced way to high for the life expectancy and Bluetooth reliability.
Do not recommend.

Good headphones, but soon I found out that my Q35 were always connected to my phone, even when I switched off the power button.
The problem is that Q35 has power button issues, where the headphones / bluetooth is always on, --- See the attached Picture for proof.
