They are not the best which is what Bose is known for at least in my opinion. The noise canceling is good not great. They are comfortable I'll give them that. The battery life is not as good as I'd hoped. Finally it's not really important but annoying to me, usb mini instead of USBC in 2020... I mean really come on, at this price point, Bose has a lot catching up to Sony to do.

2 weeks using them, not dissapointed at all, I'm not a big fan of over-the-ear head phones but I give a opportunity to this model and they are great, nice sound quality, don't feel tired from wear them about 6 hous in a row. The noise cancelling systems works great but whe is to the max I can feel like a pressure in to my ear so i have to use it in MID cancelling mode.
not 5 stars just to the lack of instructions on the use of them, need the charging volt. values in order to know if I'm able to conect them to the mobile charger not damaging the headphones or if Im only able to charge them only in the USB port of the laptop.

Not enough bass and sound quality as expected

After months of waiting finally got it, however I am very much disappointed by the sound quality, especially poor bass. Tried several music sources, it only get's a little better with source enhancements which is unacceptable. I have owned boss speakers before and music is best without source enhancements. Actually I am writing this review after one day use. Extremely sad.

Hello, Axif.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II. We're sorry to hear that the headset's sound quality and bass response didn't meet your expectations.
We would recommend ensuring that your QC35 II is updated to the latest firmware (currently 3.1.8) and that the Bose Connect app is also updated. (The current Bose Connect app version is 6.2.2.)
We appreciate your feedback, and we can assure you that our engineers are always working to improve our products. Have a great rest of your week.

Hello Glenn!
Thanks for providing your review of the QC35 Series II wireless headphones. Glad you're enjoying your headphones. We appreciate the feedback on the volume. We recommend that you verify the volumes on the source device itself and the app. There might be additional volume settings that may need to be adjusted. You can also test the headphones with other devices to see if you experience the same.

Not Worth It

Great sounding however clarity can be improved , bass is a bit dead though I prefer it than Sony's overpowering bass. Noise cancelling is good but not worth the price in comparison to Sony's. More comfortable than Sony's doesn't heat easily and is quite light. The casing provides a decent protection, app is very useless, no find feature so once you lose it say bye to it. The most major flaw in my opinion is it's relatively frequent audio dropouts, lost of connection despite my phone being 15cm away. I expected better for 550 AUD
