These won't connect to any device I have. Have had them for one month and the whole time they disconnect and now don't even come up on my bluetooth menu or Bose app. Honestly huge waist of money. I don't recommend

Hi Wyatt888, Thank you for your interest in our QC35 headphones. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your product. This is certainly not normal behaviour. I would recommend clearing the Bluetooth list on the headphones and reconnecting to the source device. If this is unsuccessful, I would suggest reaching out to your local Technical Support Team for assistance. One of our agents will be more than happy to assist you. Thank you for taking the time to review our product. Have a great day! Kindest, Kerri - Technical Support Specialist

Cable jack does not fit BA socket
on May 17, 2019

What’s going on?! My new QC headphones jack cable doesn’t fit in the British Airways headphone socket. So I bought the Bose two pin adapter but this also doesn’t fit (the second pin is too long and too far apart). My old QC jack cable still works so I’m going to have to return the new headphones - what at failure!!

Hello.
Thank you for taking the time to review the QuietComfort 35 II Wireless Headphones.
I'm sorry to hear of your frustrations with the airline adapter. This seems very unusual as there has been no change to the adapter with the upgrade to the series II version.
It seems that the majority of British Airways flights also do not require an Airline Adapter and support the use of a regular single 3.5mm audio jack.
If you are still sure that you have a different adapter with your newer QC35 II Headphones, please contact our Customer Service team and we will ensure that you have the correct adapter.
Have a great day!

Once these were paired with my Surface, they would not pair with any other device. What a waste.

Hey,
The QC35 headphones can actually pair to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. More info is available at https://bose.life/2XUqdTa. The support article at https://bose.life/3dmGNT9 will help resolve your issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I WATCH TV WITH THESE, BUT I CAN'T ENJOY THE WIRELESS FUNCTION WITH OUT A BLUETOOTH TRANSMITTER TO PUG INTO MY TV. I WOULD THINK YOU WOULD OFFER THIS AS AN ACCESSORY ITEM. YOU OFFER EVERY THING ELSE. I MAY RETURN HEADPHONES BECAUSE OF THIS LACK OF INSIGHT ON YOUR PART.

A little bit dissapointed

I was so happy when I received my QuietComfort 35 II because I had high expectations about it. But first, the app doesn't work that well I don't know for Android but for my Apple X I have it just keeps looking for the device and never finds it. I had to pair it directly from my phone. I also uninstalled and installed back but it did the same thing. Second, when changing it from one device to the other it is just a mess, it goes back to the other one or vice versa. Third, when you answer a call the voice sounds intermittent. And on top of it all the sound quality for music isn't better than my original ear plugs that come with my iPhone. Oh, forgot to mention that I did the software upgrade online but there were no changes whatsoever

great wired headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using a QC15 for many years(which I still own) I bought these for my daughter. These are great noise canceling headphones and are worth the money. So why the three stars? Because to use the bluetooth feature with an Iphone, you have get an app which is $2 from the app store. Nope. Sell me a product where every feature functions, or do not advertise the bluetooth. Or, put up a disclaimer here that says you are going to have to spend more money. We like the headphone a lot and are going to keep it. We just won't be using bluetooth. We won't donate to apple, and we will keep the two stars as payment.

Hi Digger,
Thank you for your review of the QC35 II, I'm so glad to hear that you enjoy the Noise Cancelling of the headphones!
In regards to the App, if the app store is requiring payment please do not download, this is the wrong application. No application from Bose requires additional payment.
You can connect the headphones to your phone without using an application. All you need to do is open your Bluetooth menu and search for the headphones.
If you need any assistance, please do reach out to us here: https://bose.life/32WN6YL, we'd love to help!
