Incredible Headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most comfortable headphones I have ever owned. Bullet proof bluetooth connection process. Best noise canceling and most natural sound. Worked perfect right out of the box. My other headphones were Difinitive Technology Symphany 1, 400 dollar headphone. The bose are superior in every way

Stalling on YouTube stream (Win10, chrome)

Do not spend money!!! Each day stalling on audio stream and only PC reset is help to repair it. BAD and UNCOMFORTABLE. Do not touch it. Deeply and strongly Un-Recommended !!!.

Does not cancel noise.

Not sure why these headphones are promoted as “noise canceling” when I can still hear noise. Noise reduction would be a more suitable name.

Hello xonilda,

Thank you for providing your review of the QC35 Series II wireless headphones. The Acoustic Noise Cancelling refers to the technology which is a method of reducing unwanted noise by electronically creating a signal that is the mirror image of the unwanted noise.

ANC is most effective in environments with lots of low-frequency "droning" type sounds (Examples: Buses, air-conditioning, airplane engine noise, etc). We find that the noise cancellation effect may not be quite as effective on "transient" or "sharper" sounds in some environments. (Examples: The human voice, quick loud noises, babies crying, etc.)

how do I make thse headphones work?

I want to listen to my TV via the audio cable however cannot accomplish that. I can hear wireless music but cannot get the TV to the headphones. The User Guide on the website is useless. I'm sure these are great headphones however the lack of instructions makes them completely useless

Can not use when charging

Liked it at first, awesome sound & clarity. But was so disappointed when I tried to use it when the battery was low and it did not work anymore with bluetooth while I needed to charge it. All my other devices work while charging, laptop, tablet, and cellphone.

Can’t use my new Bose in airplane

I bought the new head phones to use on a transatlantic trip. I also purchased the “plane headphone adapter”. It didn’t work. So disappointing - so after spending all of that money, I had to use the headset the phone provided. bummer. wish I could return. I can’t rate any of the items below as I couldn’t use.

Will not connect to Samsung Note 9

I have researched and tried and the Bose QuietComfort 35 ii will not connect to my cell phoen or laptop as indicated. Have tried several times - warrning to those who wish to purchase when will not connect support hard to get.
