i bought these a year ago and they suck really bad after the newest update... i have the volume on high and almost cant hear anything...

Another amazing product by Bose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these headphones approximately 4 months ago, and I love them! I use them at least 2-4 hours daily, and only have to charge them once a week, which takes about 1.5 hours. The audio quality is great, with a good amount of bass and treble, though I wish these headphones had a little more bass. The Bose connect app makes it easy to connect my headphones with nfc pairing. And the appearance is also the best on the market! Good job Bose!

Made for an enormous noggin

I really wanted to love these! I was so excited when they came out but it was a big let down.
First they are very difficult to use. The set up didn’t work and I spent an hour troubleshooting it. Then when they finally worked the head phone were too loose and couldn’t be tightened. I’m not a small person and if i barely move my head they fall off. So I can not use them unless I hold them on to my head. forget walking or working out and sleeping....nope!
Then the sound isn’t really great either. I have several other Bose products that I absolutely love and use daily...this has been in a drawer since I got for Christmas and it’s never used.

Regarding the fit, this is odd as the QC35 II have a headband that can be be stretched and adjusted to fit different size heads. If at all possible, I suggest you visit one of our stores or re-seller and try the headphones to check if you have the same issue. Alternatively, please call Customer Service to discuss further, we will be happy to help you with this.

Great headphones, micro USB

The wireless distance sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only 19 feet distance from my devices. I thought I bought quality devices guess not. My Sony model MDR-XB650BT have a longer wireless distance. Bose you losing your touch.

Poor connectivity support

Connected to second phone, now the junky product will not recognize the original phone. I want to run over them with my minivan, but I got suckered into paying too much for an unworthy system!!!
