Horrible for calls

Terrible to make calls on skype, choppy when arrives notification such as Skype, wapp, calendar, I dont recommend.... regret to purchase.

No Airplane Adapter?????

The Bose QC 35 included an the airplane adapter and a nice place to put it in the case. The Bose QC 35 II does not. Wow, this is really disappointing product regression for Bose.

Lots of connection issues. Extremely disappointed

I bought these headphones two months ago and i am so disappointed with the connection issues. They always disconnect out of the sudden and it takes a long time to connect them to any device.
Will never buy this brand again

Doesn't connect and noise cancellation is awful

I bought this a few months ago. It worked fine for a while, but now the nose cancellation doesn't work. I can hear the sound of my breathing amplified through the headset whenever I use it. In addition, the device also no longer connects with my phone. I paid roughly $350 for these and I'm very disappointed. Hopefully this issue will be resolved.

Hello Grant,

Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear you are having issues with your QC35II's, I would recommend trying a product reset as this might be able to help with these issues.

To reboot your headset:
• Turn off the headset and wait 30 seconds
• Plug the headset into a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait 5 seconds
• Unplug the USB cord from the headset and wait 1 minute
• Turn on the headset

It might also be a good idea to reset your phones as well, but also remove the Bluetooth connection from both devices, so it's a fresh start.

Really Bose..., come on!

Ok, so I just received my Bose Quiet Comfort headphones. I open the box and no owner's manual of any kind. I thought Bose was above that. So.... I've been on-line for the last 1/2 hr. printing an owners manual (that doesn't fit the page). My time is more valuable than that. Hey Bose, if your listening (no pun intended), I would be willing to pay the extra 79 cents for you to include an owner's manual..., just REALLY disappointed in you!!!!
