[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the third set of these phones I’ve bought in the last 5 years or so. Although they look and sound great, after a year or so the paint peels off the muffs and they look terrible so you have to buy replacements once a year at least especially in humid countries.

Change My Original Review

These headphones are not stable on bluetooth, 10 feet away and it starts to lose connection. No way these overpriced headphones should do that. It crackles and keeps disconnecting. They made a poorly designed and cheap sounding unit. they are going back and will purchase the sony. Waste of money.

Hi Jay,

Thank you for providing a review of the QC35 Series II wireless headphones. We are sorry to hear about the trouble you're having and this is definitely not the expected behavior. The Bluetooth operating range is up to 30 feet, and it's unfortunate to see that this was not the case in your experience.

It sounds like your headphones may have malfunctioned and we have warranty options available should your headphones require any service. Please contact our service team in your region so they may discuss your options and get you back up and running again!

Contact information: https://bose.life/2LXQA9c

Thanks again and take care

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these about a year ago and they haven't failed me once. Best sound quality out there and an impressive battery life.

The QuietComfort 35 Wireless headphones II

The Product is terrible and not worth the price. Cable has no inline remote. In terms of sound, the Bose QC35 II NC is very poor, and not not class leading. The flattened dynamics and the sound seemed less alive. Bass definition was also less distinct !
The QC35 II don't quite deliver for tracks with heavier bass. The Bose QC 35 headphones are fatally flawed. They will not withstand the RF nightmare of a dense urban center. If you like loud, bass-heavy music, the QC 35s are absolutely not for you. They will drive you bonkers.
