Good quality headphones but connectivity issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and I'm using the headphones more and more because I like them so much. The sound quality is good and the noise cancellation is great while on a plane, etc. However, the one big issue that I have with them is that I routinely have trouble connecting them to different devices - and it's not like I'm computer illiterate. It took me nearly an hour to get them finally connected to my Dell/Windows laptop and now the headphones won't reconnect to my phone. It's a little disheartening to spend so much money and have these annoying issues keep popping up. Still, I bought a pair for my mom for Xmas and I just hope she doesn't have the same issues or she will not be happy.

Uncomfortable fit, Not loud enough,Features are ok

I bought these 2 weeks ago, Was excited to receive the Qc35 series 2. These are not comfortable at all. The fit is tight around the ear, and the band bothers the top of my head. I see alot of reviews for the comfort, I tried to adjust them to no avail. Disappointed in this product.

Just purchased very disappointing no charger in box after paying over $300. Beats had everything in their box. Why is Bose so cheap not give what’s needed to charge up this expensive product?

LOVE LOVE THESE HEADPHONES

Noise cancelation is top notch, fits good (have a large head), batt lasts long, app is cool. I bought the black ones an only things I can complain about, finger prints for days and wish the app was more customizable (equilizer and more options).

Noise Cancelling Is Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dad bought these for me in a store in Hong Kong yesterday, and the headphones were extremely laggy. My dad tried them myself with my phone right next to him and it's still extremely laggy.

Underwhelming

I received these headphones as a gift for Christmas. I am a student and I spend most of my time in the library so the noise cancelling feature was most important to me. The noise cancelling worked great the first time I used them but within a few hours there was no difference between the high and low settings which were subpar at best. I found no solutions online and basically accepted the fact that this was the way it was going to be. All the other features are great but given the hefty price tag, I would definitely say they are NOT worth it.
Basically, if noise cancelling is the reason you're buying these: buy something else.

Aircraft cable connection distortion.

I purchased this headset before a 7 and a half hour Qantas flight. I needed the noise canceling capabilities and the headset had very positive reviews. What I found was that the headset was not supplied with an adapter for aircraft use and it has to be purchased as an accessory. The duty free seller had a socket but it was not a Bose one. I found that the headset had a terrible performance when plugged into the aircraft headphone socket. Lots of distortion and voices could not be understood as they disappeared in to digital noise. The Qantas headset was fine just no noise canceling. I assume that this is due to overload of the input circuitry and that there is suitable attenuation built into the genuine Bose adapter. Not very happy with the outcome. 7 and a half hours without being able to hear anything on the flights entertainment system with my new Bose headset. No instructions are supplied with the headset.

Bass is sorely lacking

This might just be a preference, but I'm pretty disappointed with the sound balance on these headphones. They put the treble and vocals at the forefront of the sound, which doesn't work well with most of the music genres I usually listen to (various types of rock, lofi, and indie music). Acoustic finger style guitar and folk music sound nice though, which are my other go-to genres.
Other notes: the Bluetooth connection doesn't have that great of a range (it can cut out if I put it in my pocket...). The noise cancelling features are pretty solid and I appreciate that these headphones use actual buttons for the controls. The headphones are comfortable.
