Loving Bose product, it is not advanced fashion design to some people, but the personal preference of using QC 35 is stunning, I wanted this product a long time ago, just have a chance to have my own one today, it's already my desire necessity for daily belonging. it is comfortable, sound better than all products I have ever used, and using it is very simple and efficient.

Awesome headphones for quality and sound

I bought this 4 months ago and I use them daily when going to work , at home and for calls. I never had any issues with the functionality. Noice cancelling works great , I have many a times this helped me to avoid the disturbance. These are little bit expensive but worth it for the product. I used other noice cancelling head phones too , but this is the one I finally use everyday for all purposes .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good sound, I am disappointed about paying full price and weeks later seeing them for $50.00 less. I think some of the bells and whistles are excessive,

Great for wireless, the audio jack is trash though

Bought these yesterday before a long trip and the included audio jack, is "loose" and doesn't actuqlly provide sound when fully plugged in, it was super finicky to get audio to both ear cups, very feustrating trying to watch a movie on the plane using these "wired" because the monitor in the chair in front of me didn't have a bluetooth to connect to...
I had to fiddle with the audio output jack in the monitor for it to send sound to the headset, and fiddle even more with the input jack on the left earcup to actually get full audio...
Will try wired with my phone later today, and see if the problem exists there as well.
Pretty disappointing if you ask me

Head strap frays over time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over time, the padded top of the headset frays over time, If you put them around your shirt, when not in use, the leather dye rubs off.,

Buyer Beware

I bought these headphones for the noise cancelling feature during long trips on the plane. They worked for the first year as expected, but a year later and just over the expired warranty, the headphones work but they have static through the speakers. I've tried using them on my iPhone and MacBook and it's obvious it's the headphones causing the issues. Buyer Beware.

Thank you for taking the time to review our QC35II headphones. We're sorry to hear of the issues that you've had with these headphones and would be happy to try and help! If you are hearing static through the speakers, we would recommend checking this on both Bluetooth and through the 2.5mm-->3.5mm cable provided to see if this is just an issue with one of these. If this is just an issue with Bluetooth, we would recommend clearing the pairing list by holding the power button in the "Bluetooth" position for 10 seconds, until an audio prompt that this list is cleared is heard, then trying connections again. If this is just through the cable, please try a replacement cable to see if this resolves this issue. We would also recommend that the Headphones list as up to date on the Bose connect app. If not, please perform any updates that are available for these! We hope this helps, and have a great day.
