Great until it stops working properly

I bought them a little over a year ago. I was so excited as I had heard so many good things about this brand. They worked great for about 8 months then the right ear started to sound funny. I have contacted them a couple times before the year mark for the warranty and they told me to do a soft reset and an update. Nothing has changed except that time has passed so is the year for the warranty. Now they would exchange it for over $200. This is ridiculous. I was hoping these would last a while. I have to say that it's the first and last Bose purchase for me.

Another Excellent Pair Of Headphones

Can't believe I made it this far without them!

I'm currently a senior in college, and just recently bought these headphones. They have made all the difference in my study habits - I'm now able to focus better anytime, anywhere due to the excellent noise-cancelling and sound quality that these headphones provide. They are also very comfortable to wear for hours at a time and I rarely even notice wearing them. Best "school supply" I have purchased! Wish I had done it earlier!

First ever

Just got it. I’ve traveled over 2 million miles on commercial airlines, and don’t like to travel in the current cattle car environment with kids crying and screaming and rude adults. However I wanted to travel across country the see grand kids and bit the bullet and made the trip. But not before biting another bullet and buying the 35ll. It took getting used to because I’ve never downloaded an app used to set up a device. And then finding the app doesn’t talk to the headset if the headset is being used for music or video. But the headset was magnificent in cancelling noise and allowing me to listen to high quality music, making the trip much more bearable. The only thing it didn’t do was to keep me from getting a sore butt. if you want good quality sound, a comfortable fit, and a dedicated environment for peace and quiet, I highly recommend this technology. The only real down side is the price.

Noise cancellation should be better

Excellence yet again
