Connection lost intermittently

I bought this headphone one year one month ago, and I am already facing issues with the Bluetooth connection and almost lostthe wireless feature of this headphone. I have been using this with an external wire.
Very disappointed by the purchase.

I bought these headphones after they stopped making the wired version and these are absolutely awful. I've never hated a pair of headphones this much in my life. They dont stay connected even when the mp3 player or phone is less than a foot from me (7 inches. I measured how far it was from the headphones. 7 inches away and they dont connect.) This is with 3 different pairs of these and 5 different devices. These did come with a cord I tried to use, but its very flimsy and thin and mine is already not connecting correctly with that either. I will not be purchasing wireless headphones from bose ever again. I miss my wired ones so much. I'd still be using those and repurchasing those if I could.

Incredible headset!!!

I bought this headset today and it makes work in the office so much better. The noise cancelling get’s rid of conversations and noises that can be distracting. The advanced features such as Google Assistant and notifications are a nice plus. These by far are the best headphones I have ever owned!

Picking up noise while on a phone call

The headphones are great for music but absolutely terrible for phone calls. The microphone is very sensitive and picks up every little bit of outside noise in an amplied form. Dont buy it!!!!

We tuned the communication microphones, mainly used for telephone conversations to the human voice frequency range. In a loud environment where there are voices in the background, it’s possible the microphones will pick up those background voices and bring up the gain. If possible, we recommend moving to a quieter environment.

Never thought I'd use these as much as I do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than my phone, this is the one item I own that I use every single day. It is no exaggeration to say it has changed my life. It is very expensive, but entirely worth it.
Two small complaints: 1) there needs to be a software/firmware update to allow it to not turn on noise cancelling by default. While I do enjoy the noise canceling feature, it sometimes makes me nauseous, and I would prefer to not have to turn it off every time I want to use the headphones. 2) the ear cups get very sweaty when you get even a little bit warm.

Intermittent quality dropoff to robot noise

Quiet Comfort 35 wireless II - Every 40 minutes the sound quality plummets to a robot noise and I have to reboot the headphones - it must be a manufacturers defect on my pair.
In 2004 I purchased a pair of Bose and the earcups rotted away to nothing within 2 years. The replacement earcup leather foam was offensive how much it cost to replace.
They are very comfortable though!

comfortable with great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my team at work. The international travelers love them saying they are finally able to sleep on the plane. They are extremely comfortable, great for phone calls (except because of noise cancel might be shouting!) and great for music or just needing quiet at work for projects. Would buy again I guess is the best answer.
