I don't want brain cancer so I always use the provided cord, but if that breaks (like I have no doubt it will just from use) I will have to go to a specialty shop. And just a suggestion; usb-c would have been much more appealing (not mention water-resistant) and I could use the same cord to charge all my devices, unless you did that on purpose. Other than that, great product Like always!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a person with Dyslexia it is great to use the Bose QC 35 with the ability to connect with Alexa. The sound quality is always great. For me, the game changer is the apps that can be connected to the bose. This is a headphone that can be used in school for a lot of kids with learning issues with reading.

Noise cancelling is a joke

Poor sound quality for a primium price. The bass is almost nonexistant while the mid-range sounds like it is being played from within a cardboard box. The headset only slightly muffles the sound from the environment. As I write this review, I sit at a coffee shop and can clearly hear the conversations of those around me. Don't waste your money on the QC35 II. Bose certainly used to be great but in the last few years they have slashed the quality of their products.

No hassle set up; Great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just opened my QC 35 II. Downloaded the app, followed the instructions and I was listening to music in less than 10 minutes.
I wanted a wireless headset where primary objective was listen to music (not compose text or answer calls). I was very happy that the set up was so fast and easy. This is my first Bose and I am so far a very satisfied customer
