Wanted to love these

Been great headphones but when you cannot turn them off even when the power button is off - it becomes a big issue. C'mon Bose - this should never happen.

Excellent for telephone calls!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased for general purpose, but the sweet spot for me is telephone calls on my iPhone X. This works better than any wireless phone for calls. The other party hears you well and the noise reduction is excellent.

Quiet Never Sounded So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this is not my first headphone purchase from Bose it is my first purchase from their QuietComfort series. I am just amazed at how noisy my environment really is and that I never even noticed it until I put on this headset and listened to my music from my phone. The crisp sounds, the deep base, and the feeling that I right in the middle of the band taking in all that wonderful music. I started to give this product a 4 star rating until I read my own review and realized that 5 stars is the only rating that can truly justify the sound of quiet and beautiful music in my ears and my mind.

The Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is WOW! This is my third Bose noise canceling headphones. I started with QC2, then QC15’s and now the QC 35 II. The noise canceling is 10x better than the previous generation and when playing music, the sound is exceptional. Very very happy with my purchase and would purchase them all over again.

Bad sound quality, cuts off, annoying voice.

Had them for a full month, they are a birthady present so it is complicated to return them. My 50$ headphones had better sound quality than this garbage. When conecting to my PC, almost every time the connections goes wrong and the sound gets cut out every few seconds. It is extremely annoying. I have to restart the device multiple times for it to connect properly and have no constant sound breaks. Which means that you have to hear the annoying "Device on, connecting to device ..." multiple times.
I expected so much more for this price. Completly disappointed.

We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the Sound quality and that you've had issues with the usage of these.
As this is being connected to a PC, we would recommend that you try both the Bluetooth and the cable connection for these headphones to see if this is exclusive to a single connection type.
Additionally, we would also recommend that you check that these are up to date through the Bose connect app, and to see if there are any audio issues when connected to a phone, tablet, or another device.
